Vivo X500 India launch date tipped for Nov 25
The Vivo X500 India launch date now has a rumoured day: November 25, 2026. The date comes from tipster Debayan Roy, as reported by 91mobiles, and Vivo has not confirmed it. Treat it as unconfirmed until the company sends out an official invite.
Vivo X500 India launch date: what is known
According to 91mobiles, the X500 series is already showing up in Vivo's India teasers. All three models have cleared BIS certification, with model numbers V2619 (X500), V2621 (X500 Pro) and V2610 (X500 Pro Max). A BIS listing usually means a launch is close. Smartprix also says Vivo's own source confirmed the full lineup is coming to India by the end of November, so all three phones should arrive together instead of in stages.
This will be the first time Vivo's X series gets a "Pro Max" model. The X500 series launched in China in September and went global in October.

Camera is the headline
The Pro Max is the most interesting phone here. Its 200MP Samsung periscope camera uses Zeiss APO optics, which makes it Vivo's strongest zoom hardware yet. The smaller X500 Pro keeps the same 50MP Sony LYT-910 main sensor in a more compact body, which suits people who find 6.85-inch phones too big.
Smartprix adds that the series is expected to be the first in India to run OriginOS 7.
Vivo X500 price in India: expected, not official
No India price exists yet. 91mobiles converted the Chinese prices to roughly ₹79,000 (X500), ₹93,000 (X500 Pro) and ₹1 lakh (Pro Max), and stresses these are plain currency conversions, not predictions. Smartprix's own guess is around ₹65,000 to ₹70,000 for the base X500, and above ₹1,15,000 for the Pro Max, which sells in Europe at roughly ₹1.9 lakh equivalent. Its writer expects a hike of about 40% based on OPPO's pricing.
For context, the OPPO Find X10 starts at ₹1,39,999 in India and the Find X10 Pro Max costs ₹1,99,999. See our OPPO Find X10 price and offers guide for the rival lineup. You can also check an older flagship like the OPPO Find X8.
Should you wait or buy?
If you are shopping this Diwali for a camera flagship above ₹70,000, waiting three weeks for the X500 series is reasonable, especially as launch pricing and bank offers could be sharper than festive deals on older models.
