Vivo X500 Series India Launch Date: Nov 25 Tipped
The Vivo X500 series India launch is now tipped for November 25, 2026, and a tipster claims pre-bookings have quietly begun at a few offline stores. Vivo has not confirmed any of it, so treat the date, the pre-booking claim and every price below as unconfirmed.
Vivo X500 series India launch date: what we know
According to My Mobile India, tipster Debayan Roy (@Gadgetsdata) says the tentative India date is November 25 and that Vivo has started teasing the series in the country. Gadgets Now adds that another tipster, Passionategeekz, posted on November 3 that pre-bookings are open at select stores, without naming any.
The better clue is certification. All three phones reportedly appeared on India's BIS database: the X500 as V2619, the X500 Pro as V2621 and the X500 Pro Max as V2610. BIS listings usually mean a launch is near, but they do not fix a date.
The series is already out in China and has gone global, so India would be getting the same hardware.

Vivo X500 Pro Max: the camera phone
The Pro Max is the headline. It reportedly pairs a 50MP main camera with LOFIC, a 50MP ultra-wide and a 200MP Samsung periscope telephoto with Zeiss APO optics. The leak also mentions 4K 120fps HDR video, 4K 240fps recording and an optional 400mm Zeiss teleconverter. It is tipped at roughly 229g.
Vivo X500 series price in India (expected)
Nothing official exists. The figures doing the rounds are straight conversions of Chinese prices:
- Vivo X500: about ₹79,000
- Vivo X500 Pro: about ₹93,000
- Vivo X500 Pro Max: about ₹1,00,000
Gadgets Now warns these are not real Indian prices. Taxes, import costs and Vivo's own strategy could move them noticeably.
Should you wait or buy?
If you are eyeing a camera-first flagship, waiting three weeks is sensible, especially as Diwali discounts on older phones end this weekend. Phones like the Vivo X200 Pro may get cheaper once the X500 arrives. If you need a phone now, check our best phones under ₹50,000 guide instead.
