Amazon Diwali Sale: Samsung and iPhone Deals Today

The Amazon Diwali sale is live with some of the biggest price cuts of the festive season on Samsung and Apple phones. According to a Gadgets 360 report updated on 2 November, the Great Indian Festival Diwali Edition lists the Galaxy S25 Ultra at an effective ₹86,999 and the iPhone 16 from ₹68,999. Gadgets 360 adds that phone prices have been climbing because of a shortage of memory components, which makes sale discounts more valuable right now.

All prices below are effective sale prices including bank offers, so your final cost depends on your card and stock. Diwali falls on 8 November.

Amazon Diwali sale: Samsung phone deals

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is the headline deal, billed by Amazon as the "Greatest Deal of the Year" for premium Android buyers. It launched in 2025 at ₹1,29,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model, so the effective price is about ₹43,000 lower. See the full specs on our Galaxy S25 Ultra page.

In the mid-range, the Galaxy A56 5G at ₹31,999 and the Galaxy M47 5G at ₹25,999 stand out as the biggest percentage cuts among the phones in the list. Check the Galaxy A56 5G page for details.

Amazon Diwali sale: iPhone deals

Amazon is promoting the iPhone 16 as the "iPhone Deal of the Year". Gadgets 360 notes it launched in India in 2024 at ₹79,900, while the list price it shows in the table is ₹89,900, so the real saving depends on which price you compare against. The Pro models carry smaller cuts, with the iPhone 17 Pro Max only about ₹5,000 below list.

Remember that Flipkart is running its own Big Bang Diwali Sale. Mint reported the iPhone 17 at an effective ₹79,999 there, so compare both stores before buying. Our Diwali phone deals guide tracks both.

How to read these prices

A list price is the maximum retail price or launch price, while the effective price already subtracts instant bank discounts and similar offers. That means a buyer without the right card may pay more. Always open the product page, select the exact storage and colour, and check what the cart total says before you pay. Also compare the delivery date, because Diwali is only a few days away.

Which deal is best?

• Best premium Android: Galaxy S25 Ultra at ₹86,999.
• Best iPhone value: iPhone 16 at ₹68,999.
• Best mid-range Samsung: Galaxy A56 5G at ₹31,999 or Galaxy M47 5G at ₹25,999.
• Best budget: Galaxy M17 at ₹17,999 or M07 at ₹11,999.

Should you buy now or wait?

If you want one of these phones for Diwali, buying now makes sense: sale prices usually end with the festival and stock on popular colours disappears fast. If you can wait, newer Samsung flagships are already being leaked, so the S25 Ultra's price may fall further later, but nothing is confirmed. Check the exact offer, card eligibility and delivery date on the product page before paying.
